Problem with footprint in Altium 24

i have this situation in my footprint in altium 2024 PCB Library, problem is that i everything in the footprint is grey in the other hand in the udemy course there where different collors for different layers . i wanted to see if there is any setting or if i have screwed anything (if i click any layer in the bottom it will become its color but i wanted to see if i could make just as roberts )

You probably have the layer view toggled. Try hitting "shift+s". It will cycle the layer view. You may need to use the command twice.

It is called "single layer mode", there are multiple variants to choose from. And yes, shift-S cycles between them.
