LED strip Layer Stack Manager

Hello guys, Hope so all are well
I always come to this platform because I know that I will find the solution at the end through this platform. I am designing a custom LED strip to learn about flex-rigid boards. The strip which I want to design can be seen in the link below: I need help to create a Layer Stack Manager. I am attaching my design Stack and I don't know it will work or not. Any hint or comment will be a great help for me. Thanks for your precious time.
