What are your options? Also, it really depends what you like - electronics has many areas and some people like analogue, other like digital, or RF, .... Generally it is good to know how to do high speed - so anything about impedance, waves, signal travelling, ... or then EMC and electromagnetics. In reality you may not need all the details, but it is good to have general understanding how it works, how signal travels, what influences it etc
