SMT Small Component C20-0.1uF (109.347mm,36.195mm) on Top Layer, has isolated copper , how i should do to correct this warming in my pcb ?

Please, could you add a screenshot?

The best to localize the error is to click on Panels -> PCB Rules and Violations. Find the error there and double click on it.
