How to get GIT revision or tags to AD schematic editor parameters?

Hi,
I want to use github revision, commit numbers or tags instead of long long and ugly SHA1 hash data. Please check the image below. When I run "git describe" cmd, it replies with revA-1-xxx {revA (revision data on server)-1 (commit number)-SHA1 (first 8 letters)} How can I get this data to AD ?

there is this .VersionControl_ProjFolderRevNumber
which will be shorter numerical format of how many times you commited
