About NSMD pads with Altium Designer

Hi,
I searched on the web but didn't find how to create NSMD pads with Altium Designer.
These pads are suggested to be used on BGAs.

I believe NSMD means Non Solder Mask Defined pads, as opposed to Solder Mask Defined pads.

I defined a solder mask expansion of 0.05 mm

If the pad follows the rules, it will be NSMD. In your case you set it to 0.05mm.
For SMD pad you need to set the solder mask expansion to a negative value and usually for only those pads.
