When drawing objects as a stack, most graphical design tools have the option to change the drawing order, commands like "send to back / bring to front",
In the Altium schematic editor, do we have such a feature?
For example, I do have a text or box/line, that needs to be drawn over a component but is under the component and not shown.

Yes there is: Edit / Move / Send to... or Bring to...
Select command, then click on the object to 'move'.
