About issues after changing layer stack

Hi everyone,
I worked on a design involving 8 layers.
Since I met troubles while routing remaining differential pairs, I decided to go with 12 layers.
I am facing trouble with design rules I set up previously.
Some of the design rules involve 11 layers, not 12.
Do you have idea why one layer is missing ?

I found the issue: for an unknown reason, both check boxes on layers 2 and 11 have been unchecked in the layer stack manager.
