Hi Guys,
I have a strange case on the assembled board and need your comments,
I saw a randomly generated spark around a component (fuse) , voltage is low as 24V. I know that electric discharge needs much higher voltage levels in the air to create visible spark,
I got advise that it may appear due to the fact that board is not clean and it is soldering oil which cause it. He told me that this oil become conductive if heated once, so this situation happen in boards mostly after rework, any comment?
BR,
