Hello,

Is there any to get the BOM or similar details from the PCBDoc file.
The PCB filter is definitely allowing to filter the component but I am interested to get a list of the selected components.

In the new Altiums you can generate BOM from PCB. This can give you an idea how to do it: http://www.fedevel.com/designhelp/fo...=4262#post4262

You may have to then manually find and select the components you need.
