Hi,
In my altium import Eagle file (.brd) import is not available, so how can i import the Eagle .BRD file in altium 10 version

you cant directly, I have done it once a year a go, you need a cadance license to convert it to a ascii file.. and you will have to google a bit to find the commands.
you can read the ascii file in altium, but it is not very usefull then. If you ever find a better way let me know.. maybe you can get the gerbers instead of the BRD file. you can import these in altium just fine..

Altium 10 is quite old. I am not sure what are the possibility to import EAGLE in that version. As suggested by @Paul van Avesaath maybe try ASCII PCB Import / Export (?).

I have recently tried this out..
To import the (.brd) file, the Cadence Allegro license is must or else the default altium importer will not work at all.
