Differential Pairs and Stackup

Hello,When I examine the impedance section in the pcb stackup structure in the iMX6 Rex_V1I1 project, I see that the impedance of all layers is set to 50 ohms. However, layer3 and layer10 have paths with 90 ohms and 100 ohms impedance. While doing impedance matching in your course, we have already written rules for 90 ohm and 100 ohm differantial pairs with pcb>rule wizard based on the layout geometry of the manufacturer. However, when we look at the stack up, all layers are set to 50 ohms. Should the stack up be set to 50 ohms even if there are always differential pairs on that layer? Is it enough to just set the impedance for differantial pairs from pcb>rule wizard?

This feature was not available when the project was created. If there is something setup, than it was somehow setup automatically (?)
