PCB panel board fabrication output files have a problem

hello guys , i have a problem with my panelized board , when i use embedded board array tool and make my panel and create route tool path and and slice tracks and do the mouse bites all is fine from altium 3d viewer , when i generate gerber file and NC drill file there is a problem that when i define the route tool path option from NC drill file it remove the sliced tracks and the mouse bites and the board is not connected any more with the panel i will appreciate any one know the solution or face this problem before and solve it thank you all

Did you add the "root tool path" layer in your Gerber export?I do not know in which layers you added things. I place the mouse bites in multilayer.

yes i do this as i mentioned the gerber file is ok but the problem is with NC drill file can you show it to me please?

I got the mouse bites in the NC drill and route tool path in Gerber X2.The mouse bites are NPTH pads in my case.The route tool path and V-cuts are just additional layers in the gerber files.
