Select the component
In the properties panel, in the footprint section, click on the three dots next to the footprint name
select the footprint you want.

I think that with "system parameters" are like comment, description, type, designator, etc. However, I do not recall having seen it.
It could also be a wrong text and that it should simply be 3 parameters, then they are the parameters you add manually.
Lastly, seeing the text "vault" there too, it could be that the (user) parameters in the vault are called "system" parameters, which, in my opinion, is incorrect.

To change multiple footprints.
Right click on a component and select - Find similar objects.
Set the footprint to "SAME"
Make sure "clear existing" and "Select match" are checked.
Click ok.
Follow the rest of the two steps as decribed above

@QDrives I downloaded a radar PCB for learning purposes and made some minor changes to it. However, when I run the DRC, I encountered an error, and I’m unable to understand the cause of it. Can you help me understand this error

It is that a component should be inside or outside of a room.
I am yet to think of a useful reason to have this rule.
Usually I select a component that definitely does not need to be in the room.
