Hello, what stackup did you use when you started with the PCB layout for the ZettBrett board from Phil's Lab? I'm almost finished with routing (including DDR3), but now I've realized I'll probably have to change a lot if I want to make it properly with controlled impedance - Lesson learned.
I'm thinking to start with this Stack-Up from a video, but it's missing the dielectric constant values for the core/prepreg. What do you suggest? Thank you!

those numbers are usually listed on the PCB fab's website for example jlc's https://jlcpcb.com/impedance
