Complie successfully in Schmatic project, but not 'fully' in PCB Project.

Hello Everyone,
I am studying the Switching Power Supply Design Course of part 3. Both the schematic and the PCB are able to compile. However, the PCB project always has this warning message of having "multiple names" for my ground GND and power +VIN. it is extremely normal to see pins referencing to the same power/ground so I wonder if I can do something to tackle this. Will this even cause a problem later on?

In the top left of the screenshot you have a power net connected directly to ground. You mis-connected the decoupling capacitor there. That's why you have the warning I guess.
