DRC Error

Hello ,
I am working on making Custom ESP32 Board by Robert Feranec. After running DRC Rule check I am getting Un-Routed net error. I have use the layer 3 as GND Plane but I am seeing cross where ground via or hole is used. All connections seems ok. Please need help with this error.

Do you have GND polygon on layer 3? If you don't have GND polygon on any layers then vias are just vias, nothing connecting them.

The 3rd layer is changed from ' signal layer ' to ' plane' and was set to GND . So every ground connection should be connected to it . Or am I missing something. Please correct me where am I making mistake. Thank you

I have never used "plane" because it is negative layer. Meaning if you draw something you remove copper. It is not comfortable for me. I would avoid "plane". I always use "signal" and simply draw GND polygon on it. Signal is positive layer which makes much more sense.

I assume that green is layer 3?
None of the Gnd vias have a green 'clearance' circle around them so they should be connected.
But like @Mini I do not use planes (for different reasons).
Did you validate the design?
How have you set the plane connect style?

It looks like it should work .... is this for every single GND net or only in a specific area?

I did as per video but missed something and cannot figure it out.
