Where to look for a remote job as a hardware engineer ( PCB, RF) ?

Hello my name is Bernardo. I'm a hardware electronic engineer who is surprisingly currently working remotely designing high speed and RF PCBs, in addition to analog and high frequency circuit simulation design functions. It has not been an easy road to achieve this. Obviously when I have to make occasional trips to the company when there is no choice but to test and measure PCBs.But I would like to be able to look for a job abroad in the future because the salaries in my country, Spain, compared to the USA or the UK are laughable. Salaries are very low for the complex functions I perform.Do you think it is possible to work as an electronic hardware engineer in the United States, I say this because with the issue that you have to be American or have a visa is very complex.Maybe I could try it in Europe, what do you think about it?Does anyone know companies in the USA, UK, Europe where I might be given the opportunity to work remotely?Kind regards,Bernardo Vicente.
