Hi, a few questions on the Kicad for beginner course:
1. Can you share how to flip/rotate components in the schematic?
2. Similarly, how do you zoom in/out and pan across the page using the mouse?
3. What is the motivation for creating your own library of symbols and footprints? Is it so we build up components that we know we (or our CM) can purchase from Digikey/Mouser?
4. In Kicad 9.0.7, it looks like they default to using step versions of the 3d model instead of WRL.

1 while dragging the symbol - press r to rotate, x to flip horizontal and y to flip vertical
2 Preference / Preferences - Mouse and touchpad
3 I only work with my own libraries, but that is me. I control how things look, what parameters are added, that they are used, that they are reliable.
