When do we have to select "Length Units" or "Delay Units" when working on signal matching?

i prefer delay since the propagation speed on internal layers are different

If you have the settings of the vias (delay) and correct DK, you can use delay units and route everything as single ended.If those settings may not be perfectly correct, you might as well stay with length tuning and:- route differntial pairs side by side- signals in the same "group" on the same layer.
