No Licenses for the team

Hi,we ordered a bundle for all courses for 5 people. On the site sharing & teams I'm not able to share a course with a team member, because it say, I have no licenses. I also started a course, because it says "Start the course to get more licenses" but it didn't help.Re-Login didn't help.
