Editing an existing layout

Now I'm working on a project where there is a completed PCB layout. I have to make 2 or 3 changes to the schematic. So if I'm creating a netlist for the latest schematic should I redo the entire layout or can I just make the appropriate changes in layout. If the changes can be made in PCB layout, how to do it ?

You do not have to re-do the layout. After you import the netlist, you will see what is wrong (you an use Check -> Design Status -> Update DRC).
Ideally, you should approximately know where the changes in PCB are expected (e.g. what components are going to be removed, what tracks can make shorts) and you may prepare the PCB before import (e.g. you can un-place some components or delete some track) so there is not a big mess after the import.
