Cannot find Padstack Editor

Installed OrCAD X Professional from the website, under the academic license (free 6 month). While following the beginner video by @Robert Feranec , could not find Padstack editor.
Is that limited to Allegro only?
P.S. New to Cadence products, trying to learn as much as possible.
