24VDC to 24VAC inverter for a 24V AC Fan.

I wanted to control this motor whose rating is 24VAC 4W so 160mA current maybe by 24V DC supply. Maybe I could use an H bridge motor configuration to generate a square AC voltage. But to reduce components I was thinking of two things, Plan - 1Use H-Bridge motor controller Similar to DRV8871 so I can give 50Hz frequency by a microcontroller. Plan - 2Use a H-Bridge Transformer Driver similar to MAX13256, same I can give 50Hz pwm so I can get a 24V AC. Which on willbe best? Or will it work??

I would go for the DRV8871.Do note:1) 24Vac has a peak of 24 * sqrt(2) = ~34Vdc2) Switch at a higher frequency (>= 10kHz) and have the PWM duty cycle make the 50Hz.

One thing I forgot to ask: does the fan have a capacitor within it?

No it doesnot has any capacitor. But has permanent magnet inside the rotor.
