Beginner's attempt at a macropad

I am creating my first project, a macropad with 4 keys, an OLED screen and a rotary encoder. My problem is with the rotary encoder. Is there a way for me to place the rotary encoder in my keyboard matrix? Feel free to point out my mistakes in the schematic tooThanks for your help!

You connect the encoder to a quadrature encoder input set pins. With the nRF52840 that is the QDEC peripheral.

encoder doesnt connect to matrix. I made a step-by-step tutorial about macropad keyboard design, it may help: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXvLToQzgzdftro2qK5In8p6ExsDFdpzw

hello! I've fixed things since the last post, any comments regarding the routing and design?

You have a hugh amount of space on your board and yet cram the resistors and capacitors of the encoder into a tiny space. Why?

It is best to try and have a solid Gnd layer.
