DRC error

Moro , 04-09-2026, 12:48 PM
Hello guys,
Il is my first time designing a Pcb and I have a problem with DRC in easyeda, and I couldn't find out how to solve it.
Could you guys have a look on this screenshot.

Your error is partly in French, so I cannot read it all.
But it seems you have a circle with diameter(?) "largeur" of 0.1mm and should be >= 0.254 (according to DRC rule).
Is that rule correct? I do not know as I need an english error message.

Thanks for responding.
I changed the language to English so that the error message could be clearer

But is there only one track that is 0.1mm? Or is it that there is only 1 DRC rule violated - track width?
If you double click the error message, does it zoom in to the problem spot?
And why does it mention circle...?

For a board as shown, a narrower track than 0.2mm is not recommended. But the rule then may still need modification (as it states 0.254mm).

Do note that I never worked with EasyEDA.

All the tracks are 0.254 mm in width.
When I double-click the error, it shows me the cross symbol which is outside of the board outlines, which I can not select.
I don't know why it mentions circle.

Perhaps there is a small circle where the cross is. Could it be from the USB connector?

Talking of the USB connector... place it closer to the board edge, you might have some difficulties inserting your contra connector as it is.
Also do not route traces on the top under the connector. The connector is probably metal and solder resist is **not** an insulator that should be relied on like this.

Thank you so much

I will try to do these modifications
