Hello I designed 1 motor driver and use IXTA110N055T2 N Mosfet I open datasheet page but dont see junction to ambient parameter how to calucate Mosfet heat up?

What is the specification of your heat sink?
What is the specification of the thermal interface material?
How are you going to cool down the heat sink?

I have a 4-layer PCB card, I am considering an aluminum heatsink under the PCB with thermal vias, but I have not chosen a heatsink yet and I am thinking of cooling the heatsink with a fan.

So you need to get the R ch and R ha, or the thermal resistance from case to heat sink and from heat sink to ambient.
