@sakshi3185_ It's difficult to tell you exactly what's going on without having a look at the specific components involved, but the "output and output are connected" typically means that KiCad believes you've connected two power *sources* together. Tying several GND together (unless they need to be connected to different references) shouldn't be a problem. If the IC doesn't come from the standard KiCad library, but is custom defined, that could the the issue because sometimes people gets confused when defining the type of each pin (e.g., for a typical IC *both* VDD and VSS are power sinks, i.e. *inputs*)
