Problem importing from another library to my own schematic library in altium designer 24

I was doing the udemy course of robert and i realised that he was doing the resistor design in the schematic library by hand i was wondering how i could import like the design from the library that i had installed that also has a resistor that i have provided the picture . how can i kind of import the design to my own libraries does anybody have any idea what i should do ?
