Hi everyone,I have a question about the layer stack for the LPDDR4 design. According to the layout recommendations, the design will have 10 layers. The reference design uses IT180ABS 2113 RC58, IT180ABS 1080 RC63 and IT180ABS 2116 RC54, as well as two IT180ABS 2116 RC54s arranged in a horizontal mirrored configuration. Does anyone have experience with this type of design or knowledge of the influence of the prepreg material's glass weave? I am considering using I-Speed or Megtron4 with 2116 or 1080/1086 prepregs. As I am not planning to use higher frequencies, I am also considering 370HR. Any suggestions?
