Need Help: PCB Filter Not Working in Altium Designer

Hi,Earlier, the PCB Filter section was visible in my Altium Designer, but I was not able to type anything in the filter box. Now the filter option itself has completely disappeared (screenshot attached).Could you please help me to enable it again?Thanks!
